About

Established in 2012, iTechicalAuthor Ltd is owned by Technical Author Paul Polwin.
Paul first began a career as a Technical Author in 2001 when he joined Author Services Technical (AST).
At AST Paul worked as a Technical Author for a number of high profile customers including, but not limited to:

  • Raytheon Systems
  • RS Components
  • BAE Systems
  • Thales Underwater Systems
  • Astrium, a subsidiary of EADS
  • Paradigm Secure by Astrium
  • Domino Printing Sciences

In 2008 Paul joined AVEVA Solutions Ltd (a FTSE 250 company) continuing his career as a Technical Author. At AVEVA Paul worked closely with software developers to write technical documentation for their award winning Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
In 2012 Paul established iTechnicalAuthor Ltd to provide a quality technical writing service on a contract basis.
